Holla guys Its the LeParkour part of URS. If you do not know what parkour is, than here is the defenition:
Parkour and Free running is a way of getting from A point to B the fastest way; Over buildings, walls, or any other obsticle that gets in your way.
The difference between Le ParKour and Free running is that Le Parkour has more technical tricks (frontfilps, Butterfly-flips, Backflips etc.) while Free running is the simple method of running... away from the cops
There is a million tutorials of LeParkour and FreeRunning, i will post them later on, but until then start training to become a Tracer (Parkour/FreeRunner).
Most important; Become familiar with the basics first and later on learn the difficult tricks because if done otherwise it can lead to serious injuries even death.
Another important; Don't let anyone turn you down. Everyone learns hard, and it takes time. Don't rush it; if you feel uncomfortable with a trick than listen to your body and don't do it.
