you need to copy some, if not all, moves in the beginning. it's all about baby steps, one step at a time, and there's no better way to learn anything in this world by not being able to copy moves off in the beginning. however, once you learn to stand on your feet, then it becomes your responsibility to experiment around and create your own unique experience in any field whatsoever. this uniqueness in you could later on in life become the foundation steps of someone who's new to the game as well. it's all a loop. you gota learn first, and to learn you gota observe and experiment. later on, don't just stick with anyone else's moves or style, because your mission should be to make your own unique style, these were my personal lessons when i started writing graffiti 6 years ago, anyways, thought i'd give in my 2 cents, cheers, Bilal.
